Purpose: Database infrastructure upgrade and optimization

As a part of this activity, there will be a period of approximately 15 minutes during which the database will be accessible in read-only mode, meaning that all activities that include creating or updating bot data (bot creation, updating, launching, stopping, deleting) will not be available. Viewing bot information and traffic processing over Answers will not be affected and will go uninterrupted throughout the maintenance.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing issues with Conversations and Email services over EU Region-locked (Germany) data center. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.

The impact is the following:
- The voice recordings uploads are being delayed
- The agents cannot upload new files in conversations
- Attachments cannot be added to emails
