As part of a database infrastructure upgrade initiative, the database utilized by the Answers service at our Global (Germany) data center will be migrated to a new cluster during the following period:
Start (UTC): 26 April 2024 07:00 End (UTC): 26 April 2024 08:00 Purpose: Database infrastructure upgrade and optimization
As a part of this activity, there will be a period of approximately 15 minutes during which the database will be accessible in read-only mode, meaning that all activities that include creating or updating bot data (bot creation, updating, launching, stopping, deleting) will not be available. Viewing bot information and traffic processing over Answers will not be affected and will go uninterrupted throughout the maintenance.
