We will be performing planned maintenance of database infrastructure supporting Customer Profiles services at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the database to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected service.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact. However, during the maintenance window, customers may be temporarily unable to create new computed attributes, and updates to existing computed-attribute values may be delayed. Processing of Customer Profiles data exports may also be temporarily affected.
