We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure responsible for handling traffic processing as well as additional internal communication for the WhatsApp and other messaging channels hosted at our EU Region-locked data center.
The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, Infobip customers utilizing WhatsApp and other messaging channels may experience traffic processing difficulties and delivery delays during the maintenance window.
