We had a degradation with our email service which caused the traffic sent via API on the below timestamp to fail with EC 6018. Our dedicated team already applied a fix and issue should be no longer present.

Please note that your affected traffic was resend(with no additional cost for you) and thus you may see duplicated logs in your portal/reports; the failed log of the incident and the resent message.
