We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure supporting resource requests at our United States data center.
The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected service.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact. However, during maintenance window customers may experience issues submitting resource requests through Channels and Numbers in Customer Portal or Resources API during the maintenance window. Processing of existing requests may also be delayed, including any feedback or follow-up required from our review team.
