We will be performing a series of planned infrastructure migration of database servers across multiple locations. This maintenance is required to keep our databases up to date and operating optimally and includes the replacement of end-of-life hardware with a new, vendor-supported compute and storage platform.
There is no direct impact expected on message delivery or core platform availability. However, during the maintenance window, some services and supporting functions may experience temporary delays or interruptions. This may include delayed availability of logs, troubleshooting data, and reporting or analytics freshness, as well as slower support investigations that rely on these databases. During the cutover, there may also be brief connection retries or transient timeouts for internal tools and services that read from or write to these databases.
In addition, reporting and analytics services may be affected during part of the maintenance window. Customers may experience delayed report generation, slower dashboard refreshes, temporary export failures, or stale analytics data. This maintenance is expected to affect reporting and analytics functionality only, and normal operation is expected outside of the affected window.
