We will be performing a series of planned infrastructure migration of database servers across multiple locations. This maintenance is required to keep our databases up to date and operating optimally and includes the replacement of end‑of‑life hardware with a new, vendor‑supported compute and storage platform.
During the maintenance window, some services may experience temporary interruptions: platform services responsible for management and configuration functions may be briefly unavailable and/or operate using data replicated prior to the maintenance window. Changes and updates may be temporarily disabled during certain stages of the work.
The scope of this activity is more extensive due to the required coordination with onsite teams, which is necessary to safely and successfully complete the hardware replacement.
