We will undergo a planned maintenance that includes an upgrade and optimization of our EMEA (GB/NL) Data Centers' networking equipment in the below specified time window. This activity involves the transfer of our public IP subnet (184.108.40.206/24) to new equipment, and, as a consequence of the underlying infrastructure change, connections toward services behind the 220.127.116.11/24 subnet (including sms.openmarket.com and sms.mxtelecom.com, as well as VPN connections to this subnet) will experience brief disconnection and will need to reestablish connection to our system.

Connections toward services behind the 18.104.22.168/24 subnet are expected to disconnect for up to 15 minutes within the maintenance period, however, propagation of changes and reconnection could take up to 1 hour for certain connections. We have taken steps to ensure that traffic is processed over the correct routes internally, and we anticipate that most connections will be automatically re-established, however, we suggest you to verify your connections toward the 22.214.171.124/24 subnet after the maintenance is finished as a precautionary measure.
