Additionally, during the investigation it has been discovered that all newly created broadcast templates cannot be used in Email API

Investigating
This is to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with our Reporting service across all data centers.
The following functionalities are affected:
- Broadcast: The "Get Report" button is not working, and reports cannot be generated.
- Dashboards: Charts related to Campaigns are displaying "N/A" instead of actual campaign names.
- Communication Reports: Reports cannot be generated for new campaigns, as they are missing from the filter options.
- Reports: All reports containing the Communication Name column will show empty cells for new campaigns.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on a resolution. Further updates will be shared as soon as available.
