We will be performing planned maintenance on databases hosted on United States data center.The goal of this work is to migrate the database to an upgraded environment and ensure the continued stability and performance of the service.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact, however, during the maintenance window, clients may be temporarily unable to manage users and invitations, view notifications, or manage notification subscriptions. Additionally clients hosted on United States Customer Portal may experience issues with customer onboarding progress not being shown or saved.
