We will be performing routine patching of databases across multiple data centers, including EU Region-locked (Germany), Singapore and India.
During this process, you may experience brief service disruptions, including rejected API calls, minor delays in message processing, and occasional errors on the Customer Portal interface. These interruptions are expected to last no more than 15 minutes per location.
This patching is essential to keep our databases current and ensure they operate at peak performance.
