We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure supporting Moments services at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
During the maintenance window, Moments Flows and Journeys, Forms, Tags, and Catalogs will be unavailable through both the Customer Portal and API. Processing for these services will also be unavailable during this period.
