We will be performing a planned maintenance of database infrastructure utilized by services for MO (Mobile Originated) configurations and traffic processing across multiple locations. This is being performed with the goal of optimizing and improving performance of MO configuration synchronization processes.
During the maintenance window, there may be a brief delay (up to 15 minutes) in MO configuration updates propagating across our systems. As a result, MO traffic on the affected channels could temporarily be processed using slightly outdated configuration settings. With this in mind, we advise not updating MO configurations during the maintenance window.
While further impact outside of the described is not expected and preventive measures are in place, there is an unlikely possibility of brief issues in general MO traffic processing.
