During the specified timeframe, you may have experienced errors while creating WhatsApp templates containing media files. While initially thought to be present on Global (Europe) and Indonesia locations, it was later confirmed that the issues were additionally present on other locations specified in the components section below.

Investigating
Infobip customers may currently experience issues in creating WhatsApp templates. At the moment, errors were observed on the Global (Europe) and Indonesia locations, however the scope of the issue is still under investigation and more details will be shared in further updates.
