We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure supporting selected integrations at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, some integration-management functions may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. This includes linking or unlinking Facebook accounts, creating or linking Jira tickets, and managing Slack webhook URLs. Updates from Jira, including ticket and comment changes, may also be delayed.
