We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure instances responsible for handling Moments service campaign creation and processing at our Global (Europe) data center. The goal of this work is to upgrade equipment and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the Moments, Flows, Journeys and Forms services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, Infobip customers utilizing Moments may experience irregular service behavior and disruptions in campaign processing during the timeframe below. Also, Infobip customers utilizing Flows, Journeys and Forms services might notice that those services are unavailable both on Portal and API during the maintenance timeframe.
