As part of an initiative to renew and upgrade all our services' certificates at our Saudi Arabia location (previous related activity: https://status.infobip.com/incidents/qwtdyxr037bt), we will be renewing the certificate for Customer Portal (portal-sa2.infobip.com) during the below-specified time frame:

Start (UTC): 27 December 09:00
End (UTC): 27 December 11:00
Purpose: Customer Portal certificate renewal

We do not expect impact on the functionality of the Customer Portal and no action is required unless you perform certificate pinning (which we do not recommend - https://www.infobip.com/docs/essentials/manage-my-account/rest-api-traffic-encryption#tlsssl-certificate-changes), and in case you pin (manually trust certificates) on your system, the new G5 Digicert root certificate should be added to your trust store to ensure no interruptions.
