We had experienced issues affecting our WhatsApp service hosted at the Global (Europe) location. During the incident timeframe, WhatsApp outbound and inbound traffic may have experienced delayed processing, in some cases leading to expiry if messages had short validity period settings. The issues have since been resolved and WhatsApp traffic is no longer experiencing any delays.
