We will undergo a scheduled maintenance activity during which the file server utilized by multiple services at our United States data center will be migrated onto new hardware. During this maintenance, users might experience sporadic unexpected behavior from the following services:

- Moments: Creation and processing of bulk campaigns (Broadcast) through API and Customer Portal
- Answers: Delayed results from website search (only if AI Assistants are used)
- People: Import and export of people (including Do not contact lists) databases
- Voice and Video: Upload and playback of media files and recordings, as well as call actions
- Analyze: Report requests will be processed after the maintenance is finished; download of existing reports will not be possible
