We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure responsible for campaign creation and processing for Moments Flows and Journeys services at our EU Region-locked data center.
The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, Infobip customers using Flows and Journeys may experience delays in starting or processing affected service elements during the maintenance window.
