We will be performing planned maintenance on database infrastructure supporting content-related services at our Global (Europe) data centers. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying database to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, customers may experience the following temporary limitations during the maintenance window:
1. Voice: Processing of new voice recordings may be delayed, and downloading or deleting recordings may be unavailable.
2. Conversations: Saving a note attachment permanently may fail. Sending an email through a web form with an attachment may also fail.
3. Broadcast (inside Moments module): Downloading or reviewing recipient lists may be unavailable. Campaigns whose recipient files have expired may fail to launch.
4. Email: Loading or previewing uploaded HTML, retrieving attachments or images through the Portal, and managing stored content may fail or be delayed. Duplicating stored content may be unavailable, and extending content lifetime in the email content editor or the expiry of published landing pages may fail. New content uploads, direct download links, template processing, and inbound email-content uploads are expected to remain available.
5. Other products: Media uploads for OTT channels (Zalo, Viber, Telegram) and MMS will be accepted, with the upload metadata appearing once the database recovers.
