Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue in our Global (Europe) Data Center affecting the delivery of seen reports for WhatsApp, Viber, Viber Bot, TikTok, RCS, and Push channels.

Clients may experience delays in receiving seen reports for affected channels. Outbound message delivery continues to function normally.

Our engineers are actively investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause.
