During the specified timeframe, we will carry out a migration of our operator connections to new and upgraded hardware infrastructure within the Global (Europe) data center.
This activity will be performed gradually and will be closely monitored by multiple teams throughout the full duration. With this in mind, no negative effects on Infobip customers are expected - in the unlikely event of issues during the procedure, any changes can be quickly reversed and mitigated, limiting the potential impact to a possible short period of delayed traffic.
This activity is essential to keep our infrastructure up-to-date and ensure optimal performance going forward.
