Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with Conversations service over EU Region-locked (Germany) data center. The issue is currently being investigated and more information will follow in the next update.
You may notice overall slowness of All Work page and failures in reception of traffic, as well as conversations view change issues and agent status capacity discrepancies in conversations assignment.
