We will conduct a scheduled maintenance activity during which the database used by the Conversations Call center service will be migrated onto new infrastructure. During this maintenance, users might be unable to update settings related to the Conversation Calls channel either through API or the Customer Portal. Traffic processing will remain fully operational.
