We will be performing planned maintenance on database infrastructure supporting Customer Profiles, Moments, Journeys and AI Chatbots services in our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the database to an upgraded environment and ensure the continued stability and performance of the services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize potential impact. During the maintenance window, customers may be unable to create new computed attributes in Customer Profiles. New AI Chatbots sessions may be unavailable, and messages may not be added to existing AI Chatbots sessions. In addition, users may be unable to enter continuous Flows or Journeys, which could result in data discrepancies.
