We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure instances responsible for handling Moments service campaign creation and processing, Answers service and Mobile Push and In-app messaging services at our Global (Europe) data center. The goal of this work is to upgrade equipment and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the Moments service.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, Infobip customers utilizing Moments may experience irregular service behavior and disruptions in campaign processing during the timeframe below.
Push messages sending and mobile registration creation which are features of Mobile Push and In-app messaging services will not be working during the maintenance timeframe.
Also, our customers utilizing Answers service might notice that creating chatbots from templates will not be available during the maintenance timeframe.
