We will be performing planned maintenance on database infrastructure supporting Customer Portal authentication and analytics services hosted at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, customers using Portal two-factor authentication may temporarily be unable to enroll a new authenticator device or sign in using an existing time-based one-time password (TOTP) verification method during the maintenance window. In addition, analytics dashboards embedded in the Portal may not load during this period. Some Portal account-management operations may also be temporarily unavailable.
