We will be performing maintenance on database infrastructure supporting Click to Chat, Integrations, and Customer Profiles for AgentOS hosted at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact; however, customers may temporarily be unable to link or unlink Facebook Pages and WhatsApp accounts through Click to Chat, or manage connections and related flows. Processing of person updates and events in Customer Profiles may also be delayed during the maintenance window.
