Temporary downtime may occur during specific database restart activities required as part of the migration process, however each interruption is expected to last no longer than 30 minutes. Since the affected components are isolated within their own databases, there will be no simultaneous disruption across all listed services.
The impacted services include Exchange and Integrations, People Attributes and Analytics, Segments in Flows, KnowledgeBase, and Generic Context Cards in Answers.
This patching is essential to keep our databases up-to-date and ensure optimal performance.
