The issue has been successfully resolved and the degradation with Conversations service has been resolved. During the incident timeframe you may have experienced issues with Auto-assignment and incorrect visualization of Conversations on the All work view. New conversations are now being correctly assigned and correctly displayed on the view.

We have identified a residual degradation related to the previous incident https://status.infobip.com/incidents/ld8c259lgpn1 that is currently impacting Conversations assignment and the visualization of Conversations on the Portal. Our team has already identified the root cause, and they are in the process of implementing the necessary adjustments to resolve the issue. We will share more information soon.
