We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure supporting Two-Factor Authentication services hosted at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the database to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected service.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact. However, customers using the Two-Factor Authentication API may be unable to generate or verify new PINs during the maintenance window. Requests made during this period may return an HTTP 500 error.
