We had experienced issues with our Answers Service on the Global (Europe) data center. During this time, Chatbot sessions could not continue processing any ongoing actions and stopped.
Start (UTC): May 15 12:54 End (UTC): May 15 13:01 Impact: Answers sessions that were in progress and processing any action (i.e. inbound message, chatbot action, etc) could not resume the processing and stopped accordingly. Sessions would have continued (after the incident was resolved) if the end users had sent another message, which would have resumed the processing. If the user has not sent a message (since the end of the incident), the session will automatically close upon session expiration.
