During this activity, you may experience brief service interruptions affecting WhatsApp and other Chat App channels as well as their templates. As part of the migration process, certain database restarts may cause short periods of intermittent downtime, during which channel templates may be temporarily unavailable for management.
This patching is essential to keep our databases up-to-date and ensure optimal performance.
