We will undergo a planned maintenance of database infrastructure utilized by our Email service on our Global (Germany) data center under the following time period:
Start (UTC): 04 July 2024 07:00 End (UTC): 04 July 2024 08:00 Purpose: Upgrade and optimization
During the time frame of the maintenance work, you may experience difficulties in creating, updating and overall managing Email domains over the Customer Portal. Additionally, you may encounter difficulties while creating a new Email Broadcast and Email Flows via Moments service. Please note that the Email traffic will not be impacted by the planned maintenance work.
