Identified
Our engineering team has identified the issue - a bulk of previously unsuccessful SMS traffic currently appears as distinct resent messages with incorrect sender IDs. Due to this discrepancy, affected messages will be present in various Analytics until the issue is resolved.
This incident affects a specific bulk of traffic and has no effect on the SMS services otherwise. Additionally, note that the incident has not caused any additional billing.
We are currently working on a fix and will keep you posted.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing SMS Service degradation over Global (Europe) data center. The scope of the issue is currently being investigated, however, you might notice that some of the traffic is being resent. More information will follow in the next update.
