We will be performing planned maintenance of infrastructure supporting Conversations services at our United States data center to improve resilience and performance.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact. However, during the maintenance window, customers may be temporarily unable to start new Live Chat conversations or create new Live Chat widgets. Widget keys may also be unavailable during widget creation.
In addition, surveys may not appear when a Live Chat widget is loaded or reloaded, and survey information may not be saved. Conversations already in progress are not expected to be affected, although agents may temporarily see incomplete session information in the conversation context.
