We will be performing maintenance on the database infrastructure supporting Answers and Knowledge Base services at our United States data center. The goal of this work is to migrate the underlying databases to an upgraded, more resilient cluster and ensure the stability and optimal performance of the affected services.
Preventive measures have been implemented to minimize any potential impact, however, customers may be temporarily unable to create, edit, activate, or deactivate chatbots and dialogs. Managing Knowledge Base articles and settings may also be temporarily unavailable. Existing end-user chatbot conversations are expected to continue operating normally.
