During the process, you may experience brief service disruptions, such as rejected API calls, minor delays in message processing, and occasional errors on the Customer Portal interface. These interruptions are expected to last no longer than 15 minutes per location.

This patching is essential to keep our databases up-to-date and ensure they operate at peak performance.
