We will undergo routine patching of several databases utilized by the WhatsApp service hosted on our Global (Europe) data center.
Within the maintenance window, the WhatsApp service may experience brief interruptions in performance during individual database restarts, lasting no longer than a cumulative of 25 minutes in total. This may manifest as a short delay in traffic processing and temporary inability to initiate WhatsApp Sender, Template, or Flow registration/creation.
This patching is essential to keep our databases up-to-date and ensure they operate optimally.
