We will be performing emergency maintenance of EMEA (DE) data center in the below specified time window. Voice services will experience 15 minutes of cumulative downtime during the activity window, while for all other services hosted on the data center, downtime is not expected and the services will remain operational during the maintenance.

This scheduled maintenance affected: EMEA - Channels (SMS, Number Lookup, Voice, Email, RCS, MMS, WhatsApp Business, ChatApps, Live Chat, Mobile App Messaging (Push), USSD, Mobile Identity), EMEA - Interface/API (SMPP, HTTP API, SIP trunk, SMTP), and EMEA - Applications (Customer Portal Login/Homepage, People, Moments, Analyze, Conversations, Answers, Things, Channels and Numbers, Other Portal apps).
