This incident affected: SMS (Hong Kong), Number Lookup (Hong Kong), WhatsApp Business (Hong Kong), SMPP (Hong Kong), HTTP API (Hong Kong), Voice (Hong Kong), and SIP Trunk (Hong Kong).
